After the log printed in attachment, my AGX-orin powered off itself.

Is this NV devkit or a custom board? Power off might be more like hardware problem instead of software.

I also tried re-flash, the flashing process can be done successfully but next boot is the same problem.
Could you try to flash with latest version of Jetpack? From the release date of your log, looks like is is still some version from 2024.
Yes, current one is an old version, I will try the lastest tomorrow, thank you.
Finally itās my fault, my DC power supply is limited to 2A, so AGX orin can boot normally after changed it to 4A.
