Jetson AGX Orin not powering on

Hello,
I was sent here from NVidia support. I have a Jetson AGX Orin 64Gb Dev Kit that is no longer powering up. When I plug in the USB C power supply, no lights come on and it doesn’t boot. I’ve tried a different power supply with the same results. I am also not seeing a serial connection on the micro USB port. Any suggestions?

See if you can get force recovery mode to work.
If even that also fails, then I think the module is gone.
