Not sure what issue you met on this power things, please provide more details then we can know how to support.

Dear NVIDIA Developer Forums,

I am experiencing an issue with my Jetson AGX Orin, where the device powers on but does not function correctly. Below are the details of the problem:

Issue Description:- The Jetson AGX Orin powers on, and the power LED is solid, but no output is displayed on DP.

  • No peripherals (USB, Ethernet, etc.) are receiving power.

  • The system does not seem to boot properly.

  • I have attempted a serial console connection but did not receive any boot logs.

  • Recovery mode does not appear to work, and the board is not detected via USB when connected to a host PC.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

âś” Used a different power adapter (19V-20V, 5A)
âś” Tried multiple DP cables and monitors
âś” Removed all peripherals and tried booting again
âś” Attempted booting into recovery mode

Request for Support:

I would appreciate your guidance on further troubleshooting steps. If the issue is hardware-related, please advise on the RMA process.

Thank you for your assistance.

Have you tried to do a clean flash on your device with JetPack SW?
IF yes, and still not working, then please do the RMA, see Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer

Everything was done by our side and still it is not working

Hi,

How do you do the recovery mode?
Please describe the steps in detail.
Also use other flashing cable supporting data transfer to cross check whether issue exist.
Since recovery mode is a pure hardware event, if cannot enter recovery mode, please do the RMA.

Thanks

Hi,

I followed the below steps for recovery mode

  1. Powered off the jetson AGX Orin
  2. Connected to Host PC using a USB-C cable
3.Press and hold the recovery button
4.While holding recovery button, press and released the power button of jetson.
5.After released the power button, hold the recovery button for 2 secs and then released.

After performing this steps also it is not displaying anything on the screen

After this you should check “lsusb” command on the host pc terminal.

See if you can see "NVidia Corp…’ listing which means unit is in recovery mode.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply

To check the lsusb command first it is not displaying anything that’s the problem
