Support needed for AGX Orin that cannot power on

I have multiple AGX Orin dev kits in my lab and one of them suddenly stops working. It cannot power on anymore. When I plug the power cable to it, no LED lights up, no sign of fan rotation, no signal gets shown on my screen, and no Ethernet activities.

I’d like to get some support regarding this faulty hardware, how should I proceed from here?

Thank you for the advice. However, it was not successful.

The symptom is that the AGX Orin does not power on. No new devices are showing up when I do ls /dev. I don’t have any new tty devices show up with both the micro USB and USB Type-C ports. The AGX Orin has no LED lights light up and the fan doesn’t spin. It looks like it is broken and cannot get any power. I also tried other power supplies and it doesn’t work.
