Nvidia not powering on (no LED) - Reopen forum post

I am re-opening a forum post/ticket for the following:

I will include my colleague here (FaroukBel) who can discuss the tests performed aswell as the possibility for an RMA.

Old post content:
We have a Jetson AGX Orin developper kit 64Gb version that was run for a few weeks. It seems to have randomly stopped working. Now on boot up (Either in recovery mode or normal), the unit doesnt seem to boot and also has no LED activity. The Recovery Mode USB is also no longer recognized on our Linux Host PC when using lsbusb.
Both the USB-C and Power Jack do not work.
I was wondering if there were any solutions to this, or if an RMA is possible?
See photo for proof that when the power button is pressed there is no LED (Note I have removed the casing and wifi antennas to better analyze the board for any component level failures of which there does not seem to be any).

As said in previous topic:

Hi, this looks like a hardware issue. If you have some hardware knowledge, you can do some simple check, like measure the input power voltage and current to confirm if any component is damaged and shorted to GND, or use another devkit to do cross-check to make sure it is a module issue or carrier issue and then debug. Otherwise, you can run RMA for it.

I did an electrical check to see if there is any voltage around the power button, but we have 0 volt. I would like to run RMA for this card, thanks!

Sure, you can follow this process for RMA. Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer
