Jetson AGX Orin is not booting up

I have been using AGX Orin with nVidia Ubuntu image for over two months.
It is suddenly not booting up (no screen).
So, I have tested it by switching power cable/hdmi/ssd with my colleagues’s orin. but only my orin is not working.
Is there anything I can try?

Hi 2shkim,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for AGX Orin?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?

Have you tried to re-flash the board?
Could you provide the full serial console log for further check?

Mine is devkit.
Jetpack version is 6.0.
Yes, I tried but nothing displayed while power is supplied.
My serial is 1421423003200

Have you referred to the following instruction to get serial console log on AGX Orin devkit?
NVIDIA Jetson Orin AGX (ridgerun.com)

I have tried to connect using putty(windows) but nothing responded. I cannot get any messages from serial ports. I have tried 4 usb to serial ports.

Do you have Linux host PC and try to access /dev/ttyACM0 through microUSB port with baudrate 115200?

I have tried using Ubuntu PC and installed minicom.
Then, I’ve tried to connect to /dev/ttyACM0 through microUSB with baudrate 115200.
Nothing comes to minicom.
I have added user to group of dialout.
No messages came whether I plug power cable or not.

It is not the expected result to me.

Could you enter into force recovery state and be recognized by your host through USB-C port?

I have tried to connect Orin using USB-C cable but nothing shown like /dev/ttyACM# ports.
I have tried using two different USB A to C cables for making sure that cables are okay.

What’s the host you are using?
Are you using Ubuntu as your host PC?

Which TypeC port you are using?
It should not be the one under power supply port.
It should be the one at the opposite side.

Ubuntu 18.04 Intel i5 6th 16GB memory and 512SSD.
Usb A to C cable used to connect USB C port on the other side of power adaptor port side. Proper power adpter is connected. BTW, and power LED is lighting white.
To make Force Recovery state, I pressed and holded #2 button then #3.
First of all, no /dev/ttyACM port shown (whereas micro USB cable enabled.)
USB C type port is not working either.
