Hello,
I have attempted to power the system on with the provided USB-C 90w power adapter in both USB-C ports. I confirmed that the provided USB-C pdu was providing power by using it to power another device. I tried using another USB-C pdu to power on the system, and it did not work. I also verified that there were no loose connections for each of these troubleshooting tests. The part number for my unit is 945-13730-0050-000. Please let me know how to proceed with RMA.
Please check Jetson FAQ | NVIDIA Developer for RMA process.
