Hi,
I’m encountering a power-on issue with my Jetson AGX Orin when using the original power adapter. The device suddenly shut down, and now it won’t power on. The power indicator light flashes once and then turns off. Pressing the power button doesn’t change this behavior.
I’ve also tried entering recovery mode, but the same thing happens.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

It looks devkit broken. If possible, you can try another power supply or doing cross-check with another devkit to check if it is a hardware issue. Otherwise you can run RMA for it if can’t power on it anyway.
Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I don’t have another power supply to test with. Given this, I’ll proceed with the RMA process as you recommended.
