AGX ORIN is not powered on

We made Carrier Board for Orin SOM.
It designed power on sequence by design guide.
But some Carrier Board is not powered on. The SOM on a board that once failed no longer works on another known-good board.

So I checked power on sequence. It doesn’t output “carrier power on signal”

Additionally, there is one more problem.
This problem is power on well, But It can’t entering the Flashing mode.

We have several times for this problem.
Fortunately, NVIDIA is proceeding with RMA, so I’m replacing it, but I want to know the fundamental problem.

Please answer if anyone has experienced the same problem.

Yes, This is customized carrier BD. SOM that hasn’t been turned on once doesn’t even work in the development kit. Jetpack version is 5.1

I designed everything according to the power sequence, but I don’t know why this phenomenon is happening.

Please check your board design based on the checklist sheet attached in the Design Guide doc. It looks like your design issue, so you should refer to DG and reference carrier schematic, P3737_A04, to find out root cause.
