May I ask if PCIEX8 (C4) and PCIEX4 (C5) can share a same group of REFCLK/CKREQ?
Is there a way to switch between PCIEX8 and PCIEX4/MGBE on one motherboard, or if Thor can only support one type of config.
Please refer to the Jetson Thor Design Guide. REFCLK, CLKREQ, RESET are PCIe controller instance specific signals. MUX could be possible, if designed properly.
