May I know if nVidia release BSP for Android on jetson tx1 ?
Or if there is any design house can support to port a designed TX1 board?

nvidia has android builds for the x1 running on the nvidia tv device and the google pixel c device. i would guess that sources for those two devices would be very helpful in porting an android build to the jetson tx1. use google to search for the repos involved and you will have a good starting point.
