ARM64 Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin development kit 32GB only 5GB/s performance

Hi，

We used a PCIe memory card, which achieved 12GB/s performance on the X86_64 platform, but only 5GB/s performance on the Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin development kit 32GB. According to the platform spec information, we should get PCIe4.0x8 performance.

The following is the information of the PCIe card we used:
