Articulation Issue - Revolute and Prismatic Joint

Hi all, I am trying to assign joint with an imported STEP file. Upon completion of my linking, the system prompted error on articulation issue (as per the photo attached). It excluded one of the revolute joint and the assembly joint is not properly assigned now. Does anyone encounter same experience as me? Feel free to advice if you have any idea. Thank you in advance and much appreciated!
