Audio to face to unreal in cc3 character problem

Hi I trying t import the audio t face animation to unreal because in blender get an error, i use a cc3 character and use the cc rig plugin and audio to face conector to load the usd animation, but when i load the animation the face archetye dont show any move in the time line i see the that is not empty and show the movement but the face still quiet,
