@edwardleitner i am not with the dev, just another user trying to help out. that said, do you mind providing a bit more context?
- can you upload the OV Launcher log file to the thread? you can find it here -
C:\Users\%username%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher.log - do you already have a Nucleus server set up?
- did you try opening the OV Launcher with “Run as administrator” before installing the app?

As far as I know, I have never installed a Nucleus server.
I am trying as admin now.
I was able to install.
After reading the log files myself, I did 3 things.
Not sure if a single thing was the cause but it fixed it.
Turned on sharing to nvidia folders
Ran as admin
Uninstalled blender
most likely it’s from running the Launcher as admin as it generally helps prevent firewall/ports from blocking the connection. but glad you got it working! 👍
