@vidyaravichander i am just another OV user, is it possible for you to check whether there are log files in the following directory:
%userprofile%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\Audio2Face\2023.2
if you do, mind uploading the latest log file from there as well?

looks like you are using Tesla T4, so i think that may be the attributing factor; another aspect i’d defer to @Ehsan.HM is the OS you are running (Windows Server 2022 Datacenter). generally speaking, OV supports only RTX cards but there are a few exceptions based on what i’ve heard with particular setup. here’s a thread getting into a few of those details when it comes to A2F specifically:
so, i am sure Ehsan can help confirm whether Tesla T4 is applicable for you at some point.
