@llvitoll15 i am just another OV user, but this thread will likely be moved to the A2F channel. in the meantime, if you can upload the most recent log file for A2F to this thread, it would provide more context surrounding the issue you are experiencing.

not quite sure why you are linking those two folders, are there error in console related to them? you can upload the log file directly to this post via the upload function
by the way, i’ve seen others users having issues when OneDrive is active on their machine. it would automatically alter the directory, hence causing startup and other related issues. i would suggest disabling OneDrive and reinstall the app to see if it helps.
Having a black screen could be caused by a few reasons, with of the most common being not having an RTX GPU.
Just like @Simplychenable suggested, if you share your audio2face log file we can try to figure this out better.

based on the log, you are using AMD Radeon RX 580, which is incompatible with the Omniverse platform and their apps (A2F included). unfortunately, Omniverse only supports RTX cards. feel free to take a look at the technical requirement doc:

that sounds to be the case, unless replacing the GPU is on the table or you may have to consider procuring a VM and working remotely. if it’s not urgent, you should at least wait to hear back from the mod/dev and let them present you with prorper options.
