看起來跟這篇是差不多的問題
可能是backup script沒有處理好或者是其他原因，預設的USB drive的mounting point在備份還原之後owner變成root，所以你才會需要修改權限才能用USB drive
你在備份前把mounting point的目錄刪掉，還原之後讓系統在插入USB drive的時候自動產生就好
