Bake simulations?

I am trying to Bake simulations.

I found this video by Tyler:

I can activate the PVD extension, but I cannot find the “flatcache”.
This is from Tyler´s video tut:

Anyhow I decided to continue watching the video tut.
But then came another issue, on tutorial it says:

But in composer it says:

so I cannot follow the tut since I should copy the exact path+filename to here next:

This happens here in the tutorial:

Please help me to this right way, the latest way?
I am sorry to use Composer, that is since with Kit 107 I cannot launch with
-d so I have no idea where is the extension window :P

The tutorial should work fine if you follow along, using the new PVD extension. The extension has been updated several times since that old video, but the principals and usage are all the same.

I installed the PVD to Kit 106

Installation was ok, but when I try to activate this, I get error:

It is not in there now as a standalone extension. It is in the Physics Debug settings. I have shown you on another thread.
