Boot Loop when switching SSD to identical Jetson

Hi,

I am running a Jetson NX with the A603 carrier board. This one was flashed using the instructions from Seed Studio (A603 Carrier Board | Seeed Studio Wiki) with Jetpack 5.1.1 and some modifications to the partition table. This setups works fine, boots, and behaves like I expect.

I also have a second, identical computer (also a Jetson NX with the A603 carrier board). When I move my SSD to the new setup it gets stuck in a boot loop.

Is this expected? And if so, is there a way to work around this?

Thank you for your response.

We have figured out that the second Jetson computer we were moving the SSD to was faulty. When we tried on another Jetson+A603 setup the SSD worked fine. I think this topic title is now misleading and we will likely open another forum post with a flash log from the bad device.
