Topic Description Can resolution of the resolution of the camera in simulation be the same as real?

Detailed Description

I am new to robotics and simulation. I understand that the URDF file decscribe the exact physical properties of the robot. Does the same thing apply to the camera? Meaning, if I have the CAD of a camera that sends ROS messages in bad resolution, how do I make sure that the same camera in simulation sends images in bad resolution too?

Does the camera in simulation always sends the most perfect image all the time?
