Can not login to SDKM with error "User is not authorized on NVIDIA developer server"

I try to login to Jetson SDK manager but error “User is not authorized on NVIDIA developer server” occurs, below I’m attaching logs from .nvsdkm/sdkm.log

Is your ubuntu running on a physical machine or virtual machine (e.g. WSL, VirtualBox, VMware)?
