Can`t power on the board

we have two version(180-13767-DAAA-A13 and 180-13767-DAAA-A23 ) Orin NX module as attachment, the A13 board work normal, but the A23 can`t power on, has tried 3pcs, all have the same issue , its the any different for this two version, Uboot ??
my kernel version is 35.4.1,

Hi, please share the SN number and 900- number on board. The 180- number only shows PCB version.

  1. There is no Uboot on Orin.

  2. The software components are most same.

  3. Please always put module on NV devkit and flash with sdkmanager to test.
