Can the Orin Nano operate at -40° Celsius?

Hi,
Although documentation states -25° as the operating temperature,
Will the Orin Nano turn on at -40° Celsius?
Can the Orin Nano operate at -40° Celsius, assuming that it is self heated?
Is there a method to make it operational at those temperatures?

Use a resistive heating element and an temperature sensor to heat the system up and only power on the Jetson system after the required temperature has been reached. There are bimetallic industrial switches just for this purpose.
