Cannot get Ipad to connect Server

I have having with connecting my Ipad device to my local server. Here are some steps and logs I have done so far. I am using cloudxr 4.0.0.

What I have done

  1. Started Steam VR
  2. Use ipconfig/all to get my ip address
  3. Started the Test sever in this path: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\CloudXR\VRDriver\CloudXRRemoteHMD\bin\win64\CloudXRServerTest.exe
  4. Went to the ipad and use ip address from step 2
  5. Failed connection
