@ashiqueshaji50 i am just another OV user, and presumably you are trying to install it through the Launcher, could i inquire about the following?

  1. your hardware, GPU driver, OS specs
  2. upload your OV Launcher log for further assessment %userprofile%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\launcher.log on Windows or ~/.nvidia-omniverse/logs/launcher.log
  3. where you are located geographically
  4. is this the first time that you’ve tried to install Code? have you already tried to reboot the machine and try installation again?

I uninstalled launcher and importantly i used Omniverse launcher cleanup tool to remove all the residual files of Omniverse. Then reinstalled everything. Now its fixed. Thank you so much for your reply
