Compiling MMAPI examples on TX2

I am trying to compile the MMAPI examples (on the TX2).
The cuda libraries are missing.

cd tegra_multimedia_api/samples/00_video_decode
make
...
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcudart
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lnvinfer
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lnvparsers

I installed JetPack on a Ubuntu VM, and set up cuda-repo-9-0-local
as a http repository. So far so good.

# apt-cache search cuda
...

cuda-cusolver-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUSOLVER cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-nvml-cross-aarch64-9-0 - NVML cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-nvrtc-cross-aarch64-9-0 - NVRTC cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-driver-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUDA Driver cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-cublas-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUBLAS cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-nvgraph-cross-aarch64-9-0 - NVGRAPH cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-curand-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CURAND cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-cusparse-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUSPARSE cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-misc-headers-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUDA headers for cross-aarch64
cuda-npp-cross-aarch64-9-0 - NPP cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-cufft-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUFFT cross-aarch64 dev links, headers
cuda-cudart-cross-aarch64-9-0 - CUDA Runtime cross-aarch64 dev links, headers

But I can’t install any of these

# apt-get install cuda-cudart-cross-aarch64-9-0

What am I doing wrong?

Please install tegra_multimedia_api via Jetpack. Jetpack handles dependencies.
