Could not load the NVIDIA SDK details when trying to use sdk manager - step 2

I am using ubuntu 22.04 with sdk manager version 1.9.1-10844.
The Orin device is detected by the sdk manager, I am able to pass step 1, but on step 2 I get:

Could not load the NVIDIA SDK details
There are no components available for installation

I need help resolving this issue for flashing the device.

Sdkmanager to flash jetson only supports up to ubuntu 20.04.
