SDK Manager - OOPS!

Trying to get a new AGX Orin working. Found a post suggesting it may need flashing?
I have downloaded and installed the sdk manager. SDK manager detects I have the Orin connected via USB cable, but step 2 keeps saying “There are no components available for installation”

(SDK Manager version: 1.9.0.10816 x86_64)

Any suggestions? Thanks.
