CPU not found when trying to use python.bat

Detailed Description

When I try running any of the Examples provided such as standalone_examples/replicator/scene_based_sdg/scene_based_sdg.py or standalone_examples/api/omni.isaac.franka/follow_target_with_rmpflow.py vulkan is not able to finde my GPU. I get the Error:
[Error] [carb.graphics-vulkan.plugin] VkResult: INCOMPLETE
[Error] [carb.graphics-vulkan.plugin] vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices failed. No physical device is found.
[Error] [carb.graphics-vulkan.plugin] No physical device is found.
[Error] [gpu.foundation.plugin] carb::graphics::createInstance failed.
When I launch Isaac Sim from the Omiverse Launcher there is no Problem.

What I’ve Tried

Rolling back and reinstalling drivers
Force Nvidia GPU usage with the Nvida Systems Controll

No, they didn´t help. But I solved the problem, by updating my AMD integrated grafics drivers. Thank you very much.
