I’m using Meta Quest 3 to do demonstrations and I would like to create 360 videos and images using USD composer, I created some by just changing the lens to “Fisheye Lens” and selecting “fisheyeSpherical”, however the image aspect ratio looks strange when viewed through the glasses. My question is, is there any configuration, specific format so that I can generate these images in the best possible way?

There are a lot of options in that fisheye setting that change the exact format. The best options are the rectangular ones. I would go through those different lens types and try each one. They tend to give the most standard results. I have seen some HDRI 360 extensions in the Extension Manager that you could search for and try.
