CUDA 5 installation error

I can not install CUDA5 (downloaded from CUDA Toolkit 11.7 Update 1 Downloads | NVIDIA Developer) on my Debian host
When I ran cuda_5.0.35_linux_32_ubuntu11.10-1.run I receive next error message:

Extraction failed.
Signal caught, cleaning up
