CUDA 9.0 Windows 10 fails at Visual Studio integration

GTX 1060 3GB
Windows 10 version 1709
Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable
Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (fresh install)
NVIDIA Graphics Driver 381.35
NVIDIA HD Audio Driver 1.3.36.6

I cannot get CUDA 9.0 to install with Visual Studio Integration.

If I deselect Visual Studio Integration, the install will finish, but this does not help me as I need VS integration.

I reinstalled the NVIDIA GeForce Experience, then CUDA installed successfully.
