Cuda Error in loadKernel: 3

The problem like the picture above.
This is on my jetson NX. I install all things by sdkmanager. No manual install.
I’m sorry I can’t provide the model & code.
Can anyone tell me which thing will cause this error?

Environment

TensorRT Version: 7.1.3
Nvidia Driver Version:
CUDA Version: 10.2
CUDNN Version:
Operating System + Version: Jetson AGX Xavier + Jetpack 4.4
