Custom Base board for Jetson Orin NX not booting

We made a custom baseboard for Nvidia Jetson Orin NX SOM. When we give power, the fan turns on at full speed, but the som does not boot. There is no logs on the console serial as well. What could be the issue?

I have noticed that in our baseboard, all the ground is not connected. However, in the SOM, they are all connected.
