Custom image from Jetson Orin AGX not created properly

Hello,

I am trying to create a custom image to load onto Jetson AGX orin. The whole process was successfully done and had an error at the end in converting raw image to sparse. The error is:

Converting RAW image to Sparse image… size of /JetPack_5.0.1_DP_Linux_JETSON_AGX_ORIN_TARGETS/Linux_for_Tegra/orin_new.img.raw is not mulple of 4096

The command I used is:
sudo ./flash.sh -r -k APP -G orin_new.img jetson-agx-orin-devkit mmcblk0p1

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

One possibility is the host ran out of space. From the “Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/” location of the host PC, is there free space left? The command “df -H .” can help with that (the “.” means the current directory). The other possibility is a bug mentioned here:
https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/failed-to-sparse-the-raw-to-img-due-to-the-size-of-system-img-raw-is-not-mulple-of-4096/215526

I suggest combining your question in that thread.

Hello linuxdev, thank you for the response. I have sufficient space. I am facing the same issue as the bug you shared. I will follow the bug as well. Thanks
