I rebooted my device after some routine updates and it became unresponsive. I checked my network to see if it fully booted and something was simply wrong with the monitor but it wasn’t showing up on network. It won’t boot.
Spark is always connected to wired keyboard and monitor
Things I’ve tried repeatedly
- hold the power botton to shut off, and press+hold ESC to power it on
- hold power button to shut off, hold ESC or DEL to power on
- hold power button to shut off, repeatedly tap ESC or DEL to power on
- unplug, then replug, press + hold ESC or DEL to power on
- unplug, then replug, repeated tap ESC or DEL to power on
- unplug everything, drain power 1/3/5/10 minutes or hours or overnight, try all of the above
- Tried many different keyboards. Bought a couple diff common peripheral brands just in case
Nothing shows up on display, monitor powers on but reports no signal then goes back to sleep. Fan seems to be running.

I’m posting this because I went to live chat support first and they insisted I need to post on the forum before the RMA process could be started. I’ve never heard of this practice before but here we are.
