Difficulties with HDMI on custom board

I designed a custom carrier board for the Jetson Nano. I’m able to get most of it up and running, but am having issues with the HDMI output. I am able to get serial output and am hoping to get some help seeing if anything is apparent in the logs. I am able to get proper HDMI using the same cable, monitor, and Nano module when using the Nvidia dev board so it does not appear to be an issue with those parts.

The supply rails on the custom board are stable throughout the process. The monitor is completely blank and I’m not able to observe any signals on the HDMI differential pairs.

It seems software side does not have any error in log.

Based on my experience, please review your hardware design again.

After reading through lots of documentation, it turns out that Product Design Guide only applies to the Rev-B modules and not the Rev-A like I was using. Switching to the B01 solves the issue.
