16 series can’t run features DX12U but can run all features in Vulkan API 1.2. But the versions of pixel and shader engines are the same for the 20 and 16 series of video cards. Was this done on purpose?
The 1600 series is based on the Turing architecture, but it omits the Tensor and the Raytracing cores. This is why DirectX12 Ultimate is not supported I suppose.

This is API design choice, while the 1660 does have DXR Fallback, this is not sufficient for 12.2 spec
