Disabling Power Saving Modes EEE - Energy Efficient Ethernet

Hi, I have Mellanox 4-LX with windows 11 Pro

Can you tell me which command do I need to use to disable all the power saving settings?

I have the mlx5cmd installed to use. do I need anything else?

Also, other settings are disabled on default. Should I enable them? would I get better performance and DPC?
