Display Adapters inside VDI VM

We are using vGPU (XenDesktop 7.1 ) XenServer 6.2 SP1 and NVIDIA K2 (Dell R720)
After configuring everything , when we access the VDI Windows 7 the Display adapters shows Citrix Adapters in Device Management

Should it not only show NVIDIA GRID

What does this mean.

Hi Kitaab,

You should see both Citrix display drivers and the NIvdia K2 drivers listed under Display adapters.

Matt

Why should that happen.
How will i know which driver is being used as there are 4 available.

You need to specify which GPU is used when creating the machine catalog in the first place.

  1. Have you assigned a GPU Profile to the VM? Have you installed the Nvidia vGPU driver in the VM?

I added info about how to check which adaptor in use in response to your comments Kitaab, please let me know if it is helpful or needs work… Configuring Virtualised Autodesk and similar applications including XenApp GPU-sharing and tools for sanity checking DirectX/OpenGL usage | Citrix Blogs

Thank you for asking the question.
