Do you have MTBF information for Jetson AGX Xavier Series System-on-Module at 25°C and 40°C?

Hi,

Do you have MTBF information for Jetson AGX Xavier Series System-on-Module at 25°C and 40°C?
In the datasheet only has 35°C.
Regarding our project “ACU”, we need to calculate MTBF data for customer. The ACU system has been tested at ambient temperature of 25°C and 40°C, so we need to get Xavier Module with MTBF data at ambient temperature of 25°C and 40°C.
