Where is the documentation for supported HW & SW diagnostics (or faults)? I was unable to find anything beyond stating that Xavier has safety supervision and safety-MCUs and manages diagnostics

No we are not in production, we are evaluating the Drive Xavier SoC for our needs and reviewing documentation right now
