ERROR: Flash Jetson Linux - flash: --- Error: Reading board information failed

I always get the error: “Reading board information failed.” when flashing the Jetson Xavier AGX using the SDK Manager. Here are the logs:

I have an Ubunut 18.04 installed. The Jetson has already been setup once. However the setup over the SDK did not work either back then, so the other guy (which isn’t around anymore) did everything manually.

Why does this error occur and what further proceeding do you recommend?

Are you using the devkit or with custom carrier board?

Thank you for responding!
Flashing it using the terminal and not the SDK worked (I just followed the instructions in the link).
