Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin Nano?
Could you verify with the latest JP5.1.4(R35.6.0) which is just released last week?

Please also share the steps you did currently.
It seems disk encryption not enabled in current case.

Is your issue still about “I just re-use same folder, this error appears”?
