Errors while trying to reset Jetson Xavier NX P3668-0001 (ZED Box) device

I am trying to reset my ZED BOX as I do not have the password for the account. I am not able to reset the device with sdk manager or with the scripts for orin as per the documentation suggest. I am getting multiple errors while trying to flash the device with sdk manager also.
Below are the details that I have:
ZED Box 17
Serial No. GTW-XNX-C1JQ1H1Q
I am able to put the device to recovery mode and able to get the device as :
0955:7e19 NVIDIA Corp. APX in the lsusb command. I am using ubuntu 20.04 as host machine.
In the nvidia sdk manager, it is detected as :
Jetson Xavier NX
P3668-0001 or P3668-0003 module
P3509-0000 carrier board
and I am trying to install 5.1.5 linux to it. But while installing it is giving the following errors as given in the logs:

Kindly someone help me fix this issue.

Hi,

It is a custom carrier board and our official bsp (or sdk manager) not support.
Please reach out the vendor to get the customized bsp.
