Jetson NX Dev kit won't boot

Hi All,

I’m having booting issues with one of my NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX kits:

Here is the serial log:
serial_log.txt (26.0 KB)

I have tried:
Loading one sd card using Balena etcher and downloaded zip file from https://developer.nvidia.com/jetson-nx-developer-kit-sd-card-image
Loading another SD card using Balena etcher and a new zip download.

My other Xavier NX dev kit is working fine using this method; so can someone help me figure out what’s up with this unit?

I notice multiple errors in your log.

Please try to find a natvie ubuntu host (16.04/18.04) and try sdkamanger to reflash this board first.

You can also swap the NX module from this carrier board to another carrier board to avoid hardware defect on carriers.

I tried this, but the SDKmanager also posted errors:

sdkmanager_error.log (6.1 KB)

I would say the module is OK, but the dev board has some fault, I’d like to return the whole thing for a complete working set please.
