Hi,
I am using Jetson Xaiver NX for a robocar project. I have one NX, and I just got a brand new Jetson Xavier NX.
I used my previous Jetson Xavier Nx SD card, but the device was stuck at this Nvidia logo (similar to this one https://global.discourse-cdn.com/nvidia/original/3X/6/3/6389623d0a6426c9b37e7054c500fee8fae7a12d.jpeg ) and can not bootup. I can not see any log.
I then rewrote my SD card following " Getting Started With Jetson Xavier NX Developer Kit", but the problem is the same.
I also used a working SD card from another Jetson Xavier Nx, the problem is still the same.
How can I fix it?
If you want a quick fix, then flash your board with sdkmanager.
If you want us to analyze your issue, then you need to learn how to dump log from uart.
I already explained why we need to use sdkmanager but not sdcard image in another thread from you last month.
@WayneWWW Please note this is a brand new device, why do I still need to flash the board?
Then please at least get the uart cable and share me the log.
I would like to flash with Jetpack 4.6.3. However in SDKManager, this option (4.6.3) was disabled. The only option is jetpack 5.0. How can I flash with 4.6.3?
There is no jetpack4.6.3…
The latest jetpack is 4.6.1.
The option 4.6.1 was also disabled. The only option is 5.0. ???
What did you see on your sdkm? Any screenshot to share?
I found the issue was that I was using ubuntu 20. I switched to a machine with Ubuntu 16. Now I was able to download, put the device in forced recovery mode, however, the host has problem to connect to NX
Hi,
Please check your ~/nvidia on your host. There should be a package called Linux_for_Tegra.
Running
sudo ./flash.sh jetson-xavier-nx-devkit mmcblk0p1
Hi AutoCar ,
Please try manual setup to put device into recovery mode.
