ETHERNET LED ACT/LINK Voltage Levels

Hi Team

I have a question regarding LED ACT and LED LINK (pins 194 and 188)
They are output from the XAVIER NX. What is the ACT/LINK voltage output levels?
Can i connect the the LED with 5V via resistor of 500E to these pins?

ACT/LINK is connected to GND thru a switch, there is no voltage level request for the pins. The power supply is 3.3V to LED as you can see in P3509 schematic.
