I have a laptop with GP107M [GeForce GTX 1050 3 GB Max-Q] and would like to connect two external monitors. I want to connect one of them via USB-C, but Ubuntu is not recognizing the monitor. This cable has been tested, and I have another laptop running Ubuntu where it works perfectly.
I have confirmed that the laptop has USB Type 3.1 (Type C).
I have also tried updating the Nvidia drivers.
Secure Boot is turned off.
